Hi there if possible just go to youtube for refill the ink in your printer i.e Canon Pixma MP287 CL811.

Press onto the tip of the ink cartridge holder and it pops up ready for the cartridge to be lifted out.

Try removing and reinstalling the printer, worked for me.
