Yes you can remove the label with a hair dryer so it can be replaced again the you will find three small divots, drill them out with the proper drill bit making sure nothing falls in the cartridge( don`t worry there is a filter, use a toothpick to make sure the color then use the suppled syringe and fill with the proper color ink repeat the same steps for the other colors and replace the sticker.

Important info is misssing from the Answer. Where do you stick the syringe? If you are out of Ink Cartridge there is a Chip inside that prevents it from working after being refilled. The companies who refill cartridges know how to circumvent the chip. I have been refilling mine before it runs out of ink. But, I do not know if that is going to work or not. As my printer is new.

Fill a syringe with Canon MP250 refill ink, dip the needle as far into the hole as possible, and slowly squeeze the plunger of the syringe until ink comes out of the hole. Pump about 0.5 ml of ink back into the syringe and stop refilling that color.
