It all depends. you need to do a self examination on yourself hold your left arm over head press firmly see if you feel anything abnormal. if you do go to dr. 2nd question have u been sick. as in coughing alot? you may have just pulled a muscle by coughing. But overall answer is you need to be checked out by a physician.

For about the past 2 weeks I have had real bad pain in my left breast. It hurts when I lay down & put pressure on it. I have talked to my fiance about it & he tells me I should see a Dr about it, but I don`t know what I should do.
