Is it an original or reill ink cartridge? Sounds like the chip in it is faulty so I would bring it back for a replacement. http://www.inkandtoner.ie/inkjet-cartridges-s/1819.htm.

Depending upon the printer, you may be able to reset the ink monitoring or disable it entirely by pressing and holding down the reset button for 5 or 10 seconds; some Windows versions also have the ability to disable ink level monitoring right in the OS. It`s just a nuisance message; most manufacturers use internal chips in the ink cartridges to try to prevent folks from refilling them. They make money on cartridges, not printers.

If you want to refill liquid ink, just put an ink in a syringe and remove the label of the cartridge, then insert the needle on the hole and fill the cell at almost 10ml.

Is the top portion covered with cellotape? it shouldnot be. there r some airpores which should remain open.

You need to drill a small hle at the back of the cartridge and fill ink.

Go to the settings, then press the button to change cartridges and it should reset itself.

My computer/printer keep saying error.
